The D&D SureClose ConcealFit Hydraulic Gate Closer and Hinge Set is designed to replace older styled, bulky commercial gate hinges and closers. They are constructed of the highest quality parts and designed for providing a concealed finish, a highly adjustable self-closing function, and minimal space requirements due to its remarkably small housing. Additionally, when closed the SureClose ConcealFit system cannot be seen or tampered with, providing protection from burglary and vandalism. The 'Final Snap-Close Action' features an increased speed at the end of closing to ensure proper latching and to overcome electric or coded locks, while the soft, quiet closure mechanism protects the door or gate's locking/latching system.

The ConcealFit features adjustable Closing Speed, Final Snap-Close Action, and Backcheck by simply using an Allen Key (included). The hinge-closer can easily be adjusted in three different dimensions (Horizontal, Vertical, In/Out) for fine-tuning the positioning and quickly aligning the gate to the desired location. Gate gaps can be as small as 5/64", which means that no exposed parts are available to serve as a climbing foothold, thereby increasing safety and security. Designed to never leak hydraulic fluid, and never presenting resistance if closed quickly in case of emergency, the SureClose ConcealFit is one of the safest hinge-closers available in the market today. This set also features UL10C fire-rating and is tested to ADA and ANSI/BHMI Standards.
